Why join a quilt guild? Because it is Fun!

Learn new techniques, see quilts that you wish you could make, meet quilt artists from around the world, attend workshops and retreats to learn new skills and share your creativity with others interested in quilts.

Any person regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or physical or mental ability is welcome to become a member of IQI. Visit us and discover the joy of quilting for yourself.

 Non-members are welcome for the monthly program meeting for a $10.00 guest fee (limit two a year). For a live program, guests pay at the door (cash or check).

·         Participation in a premiere fiber arts show at the Chicago Botanic Garden, The Fine Art of Fiber Show

·         Share your quilting skills through participation in our Community Service projects

   Responsibilities of Membership

·         A willingness to serve on the Board or one of our many committees

·         At least four hours of service per year – helping set up at meetings and potlucks

·         Welcoming speakers and workshop teachers

·         Participation in the annual IQI Raffle Quilt Ticket sales
